Rotomoulding Attachments

Rotomoulding accessories find wide applications and assist in the manufacturing of quite a few plastic products. Few of the rotomoulding attachments are as follows:

Boom Crane
Cranes come in many different sizes and forms depending upon their intended use. Boom cranes can position materials with a high degree of accuracy. These cranes lift and move heavy objects; lifting tackle is suspended from a pivoted boom that rotates around a vertical axis.

Table Saw
A table saw is a stationary or portable power tool with a circular saw blade mounted from under a table. Material to be cut is generally fed through the blade on top of the table for proper cutting. This attachment is used for initial size reduction of large plastic items.

Extruder
Extruders are used to pre-plasticize soft plastic by heating, rapid cooling and then solidifying the materials into different shapes and forms. The machine consists of a screw, barrel, resin feed arrangements and controls. Th screw augers the resin through a heated barrel where it is blended into a homogeneous blend, which is finally extruded through a die into a desired shaped product/part.

Grinder
Grinder is an equipment having a number of rotating blades driven by an electric Motor. Material/resin is fed into it, resulting in irregularly shaped plastic flakes, which can further be processed to manufacture end products.

Blender
A blender is a device for mixing materials/resin into a mixture with a uniform consistency and also to remove the unwanted moisture from the pulverized plastic powder

Cutter
Cutter is a device used to reduce the plastic size into small irregular grains, which are further used for pulverizing.
