Plastics Milling

Plastic milling is done by CNC milling. Varied products like front panels including plugs, scales, switches, sockets outlines, PCB Boards, Sign making like name plates, serial numbers, signs and 3D models of design samples and electrical discharge moulds etc. can be created using the precision CNC milling technique. The same technique and machine can be used to create these products in other material like copper and graphite.

CNC means "Computer Numerically controlled". Here the computer handles the milling process. The design is created using the cad tools. It is converted into numbers that are used by the computer to handle cutting stamping and other milling procedures. Based on these numerical instructions the cutters are tilted at required angles and the work piece rotated as and when the requirement.
