Mixing & Dispensing Machinery

The mixing and dispensing machines are used in the production of plastics. The three basic components of a Dispensing Machine are the control console, the pumping unit and the mixing head. The control console regulates temperature, pressure, and flow rates of the various chemicals. It also controls shot time, and the mixer head speed.

The pumping unit maintains speed and ratio. It also simultaneously changes the speed of all pumps while maintaining the set ratio. The dispensing head may be stationary, traverse or boom mounted. Chemical dispensing options include pouring and spraying using various nozzles. The mixer head is usually hydraulically driven.
