Continuous Milling

Continuous milling is a process in which the process of induction of the raw product and the expelling of the finished milled product carries on simultaneously. Wet milling as well as dry milling can be done by the mechanism.

Flour milling on industrial scale is an example continuous process. The gap between the milling rollers and the flow rate ate so regulated that it becomes a continuous process. Cement pulverizing, stone or sand milling can also be done the same way.

The process is used where the requirement of the final product is in bulk and at a fast pace.
