Chemical Evaporators

Evaporation is required for concentration and separation of dissolved solids from a liquid or liquid from a liquid in case of distillation. The principle is rather simple, vapors of a liquid mixture are relatively pure, and leave behind dissolved solids. There are basically two types of evaporators namely batch and continuous.

Batch process is used when the evaporator is used infrequently or the feed is to be processed in batches. Continuous evaporators are used for long processes where a single product is processed for a longer duration.
